INCENTIVES FOR ADOPTING SMALL FAMILY NORMS:
Employee adopting small family norms should have maximum of 3 children and the age of the employee should not be more than 45 years in case of male and 40 years in case of female employee and are eligible for an incentive of Rs.500, besides special casual leave as set out in LEAVE RULES – SPECIAL DUTY LEAVE – PARA (b) above
