MILESTONE AWARD:
Employees who have completed 25 years of unblemished service and no assailable leave record are eligible for the presentation of award by way of gift articles costing not more than Rs. 2000/- W.E.F. 20.06.2000
a) Award can be released even in case of disciplinary action via minor penalty (censure/warning)
b) In case of major penalty award can be released only after the rigor of punishment is over.
c) Record of three year prior to completion of 25 years of service needs to be examined
d) Not to be released to those who do not have non-assailable leave record i.e. employees on unauthorized absence are not eligible for award.
e) Ex-servicemen with 25 years of combined service in armed forces and bank are considered for award. To be referred to H.O.Industrial Relations Department/human Resources Department with full details seeking sanction of the award.
