PART-TIME EMPLOYEES: Clause 21 of 9th Bipartite Settlement dated 27.04.2010
Part-time employees who are members of the subordinate staff on consolidated wages and whose normal working hours per week are ‘up to 3 hours’ and ‘more than 3 hours but less than 6 hours’ shall be paid one third scale wages with effect from 1st May 2010.
The employees recruited on or after 1st May 2010 in part-time scale wages shall be at minimum of one third scale wages.
