Out of pocket Expenses


OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES FOR TRAINING: Branch Circular No.104/137 dt.25.01.2011 – W.E.F. 01.02.2011
RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMMENON RESIDENTIAL
 FOR   LOCAL
  TRAINEES 
Rs.65 per day at other Centres

                      AND

Rs.75 per day at Mumbai & Delhi
Rs.60 per day fo Mumbai and Delhi (Noida) - Rs.45 per day for other centres (No reimbursement will be admissible towards local to & fro travel between the place of stay and the training centre)
UPCOUNTRY TRAINEES
Rs.65 per day at other Centres

                      AND

Rs.75 per day at Mumbai & Delhi
will be eligible for regular halting allowance as per the Bipartite Settlement (No reimbursement will be admissible towards local to & fro travel between the place of stay and the Training Centre), and no out-of-pocket expenses will be payable
Note: The employees who do not avail of residential facility (after availing permission from the Competent Authority) though available will not be eligible for reimbursement of any travelling/out of pocket expenses.

SUPPLY OF BRIEFCASE: All Special Assistants, Chief cashier category II & Agricultural Assistants are eligible for supply of briefcase at a cost not exceeding Rs.1000 once in 5 years – Ref: Branch Circular No.104/137 dt.25.01.2011
ENTERTAINMENT EXPENSES of Rs.180 per month to special assistants on declaration basis from April 2009 onwards in terms of Branch Circular No.101/51 dated 02.07.2007
REIMBURSEMENT OF COST OF CLEANING MATERIAL & NEWS PAPER: w.e.f. 01.08.2012
In terms of H.O.Branch Circular Nos.106/83  dt.03.09.2012, award staff are eligible for reimbursement of cost of CLEANING MATERIAL AND NEWS PAPER to be claimed on quarterly basis during last week of the quarter, as under:
CLEANING MATERIALS
NEWS PAPER
CLERICAL STAFF
Rs.425 per month
Rs.225 per month
SUBORDINATE STAFF
Rs.300 per month
Rs.175 per month

BOI EMPLOYEES PERSONAL ACCIDENT/INJURY BENEFIT SCHEME:
The workman Compensation Act with effect from 08.12.2000
Compensation to member of staff in the event of death, permanent total disability resulting from injury sustained while on duty. The amount of compensation payable is percentage of monthly wages last drawn (subject to a minimum prescribed under section 4 of the Act) multiplied by “RELEVANT FACTOR” related to the completed year of the age of the workman concerned.
