Uniform to sub-staff

UNIFORM TO SUB STAFF:

FOR THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 2011 TO DECEMBER 2013

To be supplied before 31^st March each year – for both male & female subordinate staff

SUMMER UNIFORM – Terry Cotton/Khadi – 3 sets in 2 years –

Maximum Rs.500 per set for cloth + stitching charges at Rs.266 per set

WINTER UNIFORM - 1 set woolen once in 2 years

Maximum Rs.1450 per set + stitching charges Rs.479 per set

EMPLOYEES WORKING IN HILL STATION – 1 set woolen uniform every year and 1 set of terrycot/khadi uniform

Once in 3 years

Chappal for female sub-staff – one pair yearly – cost not exceeding Rs.605

Supply of one pair of black shoes/footwear + 2 pair of socks every year to male sub-staff –

cost not exceeding Rs.605 per employee

Sweeper cum sepoys may opt for khadi or white uniform. If they choose to wear white uniform, they may give it in writing to that effect – Ref. ZO/PERS/2974 DT.18.3.2000.

REIMBURSEMENT OF COST OF RUBBER HAND GLOVES/MASK/APRON TO SAFAI KARMACHARIS:

Refer H.O.Br.Circular No.104/103 dt.02.12.2010

WITH EFFECT FROM 01.01.2011 :

A. Safair Karmacharis are eligible for purchase of APRON every year at a cost of Rs.160/-
B. Cost of Rubber Hand Gloves - Monthly - Rs.60/-
C. Cost of Mask                         - Monthly - Rs.60/- (Rs.15 per gloves per week)
D. Washing Allowance for above - Monthly - Rs.10.-

In All Rs.130/- to be reimbursed per month on declaration basis every month

Regarding supply of CHUDIDAR (White Salwar, Kameez and Blue Dupatta/Odhani) for female sub staff members may be considered in lieu of saree and blouse within the cost ceilings, as advised vide above referred circular IOM. Please note that no aditional stitching charges for Salwar Kameez are to be considered beyond the present total cost ceiling (including stitching charges) for saree(s) and blouse.

ALSO, Sub staff members are eligible for reimburement for expenses/payment for the cost of rainwear i.e. raincoat in lieu of umbrella may be considered within the present cost ceiling for umbrella.

OTHER INSTRUCTIONS/GUIDELINES AS REGARDS COST CEILING, PERIODICITY ETC. WILL REMAIN UNCHANGED
